We want Pro to be worth it. If it is not, we will refund you.
- First payment: request a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment, no questions asked.
- Renewals: if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we will refund it if you have not used the Pro features since.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for; we do not pro-rate partial periods.
How to request a refund
Email adoooing@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or use the link on your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle, as merchant of record, issues the refund and the processing time depends on your payment provider.
Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected by this policy.
